SECTION 20 - TRADE DISCOUNTS
We offer trade discounts to businesses by prior arrangement, varying by order value. Proof of registration may be required, and orders must be placed and paid by the registered business via bank transfer. Credit terms are by arrangement only.
SECTION 21 - SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We offer free delivery to UK mainland only, with possible charges for Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland—check before ordering.
Small items are dispatched same/next working day by Yodel with tracking, allowing up to 4 days before contact if undelivered. Packaging may be repurposed for sustainability.
Large product lead times vary—see product pages. Items over 2.3m are delivered by curtain-sided lorry, with customer responsibility for unloading.
Cancellations: Orders cannot be cancelled post-transaction. Refusing delivery incurs return and admin fees based on size/weight.
Missed Deliveries: Palletised deliveries are pre-arranged with rescheduling options. Missed or same-day rescheduling may incur a £80.00 redelivery charge.
We offer free delivery on all orders to the UK mainland only. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland, please check before ordering.
Small items are typically dispatched on the same or following working day as your order date and delivered by parcel courier. Tracking numbers for your order are always provided. Please allow up to 4 days from order before contacting us if you have not received your parcel.
We endeavour to repurpose as much packaging as possible, this means that your goods may arrive in a once used box, please forgive the appearance, but we are trying to do our bit for the planet!
Order lead times for large products vary. Please refer to the product page for the specific lead time.
Items longer than 2.3m will be delivered on a curtain-sided lorry. For all products longer than 2.3m, the customer is responsible for unloading from the vehicle at the point of delivery.
Cancellations
Once your order transaction is complete your order cannot be cancelled. Refusing to take delivery will result in the cost of the return and an administration fee being deducted from any refund. These fees directly relate to the size and weight of the product you have ordered.
Missed deliveries
Palletised deliveries are pre-arranged with the customer, you will be given opportunity to reschedule your delivery if required. Please note that rescheduling on the day of the arranged delivery or missing your scheduled delivery could result in a redelivery charge from £80.00 which must be paid before another delivery can be scheduled.
Returns
Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
